We want you to be happy with your order! Something not quite right? No worries – you can return your item(s) within 14 days. Please note : Items with glitter and sequins must be returned within 7 days . You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or lost during the return process.

Return Policy

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.

• Return in original packaging, including labels and plastic packaging.

Warranty

• No washing guarantee; problems caused by washing are your own responsibility.

• No guarantee against make-up stains, sweat odors or lint/pill formation due to friction of the fabric.

• No guarantee on glitter and sequins.

• Production errors or defects upon receipt: report within 24 hours via info@fourstarsfashion.nl with clear photos.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting your return, we'll refund your money. This can take up to 14 days, excluding bank processing time.
