How do I return my order?
We want you to be happy with your order! Is something not quite right? No worries – you can return your item(s) within 14 days. Please note : Items with glitter and sequins must be returned within 7 days . You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Please keep your proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or lost during the return process. How returns work

I entered an incorrect address, what now?
Please send us an email as soon as possible via info@fourstarsfashion.nl.
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update the address for you right away. Therefore, it's always a good idea to double-check your details beforehand.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In the Netherlands, you'll usually receive your package the next business day.
Please note: once the package has been delivered to PostNL, we unfortunately have no influence on any delays.
Can I still cancel or change my order?
Unfortunately, after payment we can no longer cancel your order.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are €5.99.
Shipping is free for orders over €100.
If you return something later, which means the total amount falls below €100?
In that case, we will have to deduct the shipping costs of €5.99 from the return amount.
I didn't receive an order confirmation, what should I do?
After placing your order, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email. It might have ended up in your spam or junk mail folder.
